A Proven Method, Tailored for Your Transformation

This program is inspired by the highly effective Dutch program 'Conquering Emotional Eating' and is based on the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – a revolutionary approach to creating action based, sustainable change. Besides this, it also contains elements of Constellation Therapy and Intuitive eating.

Over the course of 5 structured sessions, we’ll work together to identify the root causes of your (emotional) eating behaviors, and replace those patterns with tools that support a healthy, mindful relationship with food and your body. Each session is designed to provide insights, strategies, and practical techniques that empower you to regain control and live a life that aligns with your values.

By the end of this program, you can expect to:

  • Have refound balance to feel at peace with food and your body: create a balanced relationship with eating that allows you to nourish and enjoy.

 How the Program Works

The program consists of a starting session and 5 structured coaching sessions of 60 minutes, spread out over three months. Each session builds on the previous one, creating a clear and supportive path to transformation. All of the tools and insights of the sessions invite you to immediately experiment and apply small steps into your daily life. Between each session, there is a moment to connect & reflect with me. These are the key elements:

Understanding Emotional Eating
We’ll explore the reasons behind your eating behaviors and uncover the emotions and patterns that keep you stuck.

Acceptance and Awareness
Using principles from ACT, you’ll learn how to observe and accept your emotions without letting them control your actions.

Breaking the Cycle
Discover practical strategies to interrupt automatic eating patterns and respond to triggers with mindfulness and intention.

Rebuilding Your Relationship with Food and Body
Shift from self-criticism to self-compassion, and develop a healthier perspective on food, body image, and self-care.

Sustaining Your Progress
Learn how to integrate your new tools and insights into daily life, creating lasting change and freedom from emotional eating.

What this program is NOT

Let me clarify what this program is not, for you to understand the unique approach we’ll take to transforming your relationship with food:

It’s NOT a Diet.
This program isn’t about counting calories, following meal plans, or restricting certain foods. You won’t be told what to eat or how much to eat. Instead, you’ll learn to listen to your body and trust its signals, moving away from the diet mentality for good.

It’s NOT About Quick Fixes.
Emotional eating and unhealthy eating patterns often stem from deep-rooted habits and beliefs. This program is designed to address the underlying causes, not just surface-level behaviors. True change takes time, and that’s why this program is focused on sustainable, long-term results.

It’s NOT Focused on Weight Loss.
While some participants may experience changes in their weight as they develop healthier eating habits, the primary goal is to build a healthy relationship with food, your body, and self-care – not to chase a specific number on the scale.

It’s NOT About Judgment or Perfection.
You won’t find shame or guilt here. This program is created with compassion, understanding, and helping you move forward at your own pace. There’s no “perfect” way to eat – only the path that works for you.

It’s NOT One-Size-Fits-All.
Everyone’s relationship with food is unique. This program will not make you follow rigid rules or a set formula. Instead, it’s about exploring your personal triggers, patterns, and goals to create a plan that works specifically for you. By moving away from diets and restrictive thinking, this program allows you to build freedom, balance, and confidence in your eating habits – without falling into the traps of fad diets or quick-fix solutions.
